Our agency opened in 2014 and is a close-knit team of four who take pride in serving our customers and community with professionalism and integrity. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I ran my own business in the clothing industry as a consulting representative, helping new business owners get started with merchandising and operations.
I attended Springfield College and had the opportunity to play in the NFL with the New England Patriots. Sports have always been a big part of my life and helped shape the discipline, teamwork, and competitive mindset I bring into the office today.
Community involvement is a big part of who I am. I currently serve as Chairman of a local food bank, sit on the board for a church called Shared Ministry, and am actively involved with our local Chambers of Commerce.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ed Meacham - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
